We have added the ability to export Invoices from Jenesis into QuickBooks. With the click of a few buttons, you are able to transfer invoices directly to QuickBooks without the need to export and import manually.

We have added the ability in Agency Setup on the the Quote Control tab if you click the Edit Letter button, to mail merge the Number of Payments, Total Premium and Down Payment. This will show when clicking the Print Letter button from Quote Control.

Added features and reports to the Jenesis Insurance Agency Management System’s reconciliation process in our J-Books accounting feature, including the ability to start a reconciliation, leave, and resume at a later time; reverse a reconciliation; and print a reconciliation report for any reconciliation period.
