Direct Mail Only if No Email

Added a new check box to Communication Advanced Options form, Email if Possible, which will send email only and will not send a paper document even if checked.

Added a new check box to the Client Activity form which will disable all client emails.

Moving through Receipts

When double clicking on a receipt form the Review Receipt list,  Receipt screen now opens to the specific receipt selected but have all the other receipts for that policy available to move backwards and forwards through each receipt.
