Jenesis Version 22.8.0 Now Available

Latest Version

Version 22.8.0 is now available for download if you are on the desktop version of Jenesis. If you are hosted, and most of you are, you will be automatically updated over the next few weeks.

Some of the features in this version include

  1. Users are now able to show deleted images and admins are able to restore deleted images.
  2. Both the first and last name will now pass when sending an image to WeSignature.
  3. Can now delete signature in user setup
  4. We updated Acord 140 to prefill Subject of Insurance, % Sprink, Central Station Checkbox.
  5. We have increased the text and email popup to have a larger font on the labels, fields, and buttons.
  6. Now if a user closing Jenesis with the big red X at the top right of the application, the user will be removed from the Active User list on the dashboard. In the past, this only happened when the user signed out as intended by clicking the Sign-Out button. Also, a Jenesis admin can now double click on the word “user” at the top of the Active User list to be given option to remove an active user that should not still be in the list.
  7. We have improved the Life & Health screen to better support life insurance policies.
  8. Made format improvements to the Quote Control worksheet.
  9. National General defaults paperless to yes in all cases; therefore, if the applicant does not want to be paperless, the change can be made in the National General binding process.

Agencies are starting to move from JenesisClassic to JenesisNow because they love the new modern look and feel of the JenesisNow web browser based system. It’s not quite ready for everyone just yet but more than likely, you will want to move this year or next. We are in no hurry for you to move so please take your time in making the decision. The cost to move from JenesisClassic to JenesisNow is a one-time $100 per user conversion fee and the monthly fee normally ends up being about the same at it is for JenesisClassic.
