Cool features 

• When generating an Acord 126, where there are more than 3 hazards, the Acord 211, Schedule of Hazards, will automatically generate bringing over the remaining hazards.  View Demo
• There is now a setting for Locations where a renewal will create a “new” policy term instead of adding to the current one so they display as separate policy terms or generations on screen. View Demo
• We have added an option in Locations Options to change the default for HO-4 policies to Renters rather than Homeowners. View Demo

All other features

• The advanced search will now remember the previously selected choice in the search by drop-down.
• If a policy is canceled, we will now show the cancel reason, if there is one when hovering over the policy on the client screen.
• We have made it so that the Evidence of Insurance (Acord 27) will show Dwelling Replacement Cost and Contents Replace Cost in the remarks section
• Now when the producer is changed on a policy either by a user or download an entry will be made in the Agency Transaction Log.
• Now when printing a voided receipt the receipt will show that the receipt is voided.
• We have added an option to disable downloads from updating the client phone numbers and email addresses by adding an option to disable downloads from doing this in location setup.
• We have added Acord 137 PA and 137 NJ to the Acord library.
• We have added an option in company profile for check or draft (EFT). This will communicate with the check register when processing receipts for each company.
• Admin users are now able to change the date and time of media which will reorder the list. A note will automatically be made when the date or time of media is changed.
• We have upgraded our scanning software to the newest version, supporting many more scanners, and many Mac Operating Systems.
