Jenesis received a call yesterday, Tuesday, 8/31, from Formstack notifying us that they were discontinuing support of the virtual printer. This was after a couple of weeks of following up on the issue to determine when it would be fixed. We also learned today that many of our agents who use Formstack received emails about this. While more notice would have been helpful, our Development Team at Jenesis wants all of our agents to know that we are on top of it.
