New LIVE Jenesis Training Webinar Series!
Training is the best way to achieve successful growth within your agency. We at Jenesis, strive to make the training process easier and more efficient for all our customers. Live training webinars allow us to train multiple users, making the learning experience more collaborative and fun!
Every week on the same day and at the same time, we will be hosting LIVE training webinars to all customers in training. If you can’t make a certain session this week, we’ll see you the next week! Each of the sessions are live, so anyone can ask questions and laugh with Amy & Scott… all at the same time! Once all the sessions have been attended, you will be Certified! We are so excited and can’t wait to see you there!
Meet Garrett Lance!
Garrett joined Jenesis in August and has hit the ground running. He joins Benny Kiser and Adam Tessener in Technical Support. He replaces Derek Honeycutt, who has moved full-time into a JenesisNow Developer role. Don’t worry, you haven’t lost him completely. Derek will still fill in from time to time in Tech Support as needed.
Garrett enjoys making sure every caller he gets is treated with the upmost care and has the greatest experience possible. He has been working with computers since he was 10 years old and has developed a lasting love for technology. He not only has experience in Tech Support, but he also enjoys creating and developing applications as well. He takes pride in everything he does and strives to be excellent in whatever tasks he is undertaking. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family (Who wouldn’t? Just look at his adorable son!), music and constantly learning new things! We are so happy to have Garrett and hope you enjoy getting to know him too!
