Version 21.10.0 is now available for download if you are on the desktop version of Jenesis. If you are hosted, and most of you are, you will be automatically updated over the next few weeks.
Some of the features in this version include
- Introducing the new J-Portal, a web-based client portal for both you and your customer. The J-Portal will offer your customer easy access to policy information, payment options, help filing a claim, and the ability to generate ID Cards and Certificates of Insurance from anytime, anywhere.
- Users may now send Broadcast J-Mail messages to specific locations.
- Added the ability to send documents to be electronically signed from Images via Formstack.
- We have created 4 new Expiration reports Personal lines by user and by Producer as well as Commercial lines by user and producer
- Under the customer profile notifications and view, it now shows text message campaigns sent as well as email campaigns.
