Version 23.2.0 is now available for download if you are on the desktop version of Jenesis. If you are hosted, and most of you are, you will be automatically updated over the next few weeks.
Some of the features in this version include
- You can now hold the CTRL key to select multiple returned rates instead of the Shift key. Check out this video!
- Spricebooks has changed it’s name to WeSignature Payments and Jenesis has made this change throughout the software. Users will need to update Sprucebooks in J-Links to WeSignature Payments.
- Extended length of the J-Books Payee field to fit 100 characters
- Added the cell phone number to the All Active Clients Export to Excel on the Labels/Export tab of Production Reports.
- When importing commission data into Commission Manager, the policy effective date is no longer required.
- The Accounts Receivable report now excludes any items where the amount due is equal to the the amount entered into the paid field for that item. The AR report will also only show items back six months where in the past it would show results back to the first invoice.
- Added print, preview, formstack and save to images option for Consent Form.
- Updated the favorite report list to be sent to all recipients if a single user logs in for the delay.
- Updated the California Acords 854 and 855.
- Driver section available for a nonowner quote in quote control.
- Added CSL and UMCSL to the liability limits endorsement form generated from the endorsement menu options.
- Removed the selection/rejection form.
